VIENNA 2019

This was The Intimate Revolution in Vienna 2019! ❤️

On the first day, we explored sexuality and intimacy on a rational basis – with lectures in the style of TedX, at the VHS Veranstaltungszentrum Leopoldstadt, right next to Vienna’s famous prater park and Riesenrad.

The following days were filled with over 30 different workshops during the day and nighttime events at the magnificent Aux Gazelles, which offers not only exquisite moroccan cuisine and beautiful interiors, but also a gorgeous Hammam Spa to hang out in between the workshops and during night events.

Dara and Simon, Seani Love, Sonja Reifenhäuser, Michael Kreuzwieser, Melissa Tofton, Andrej Uhrich, Alisa Eresina, Celeste Pomegranate, Fehu Freyjadóttir, Andrea, Lisa de la Punz and many more will facilitated workshops on intimacy, sensuality, bondage, connection, authenticity, love, kink and tantra.

FEEDBACK

Thank you sooooooo much for this intense, amazing, powerful and ecstatic four days! i am looking forward for the next festival

“Things I loved about the Intimate Revolution: EVERYTHING. The community. The openness. The naked people. Overall, it felt like coming home…”

by M. B.

Wtf.”

EN TRANSLATION:

“Thanks for the great festival! It was my first time, and it has expanded my horizons. I now have a very different view on it. Above all, as the topics touched s*xual development, immediate and honest communication, social roles, trauma treatment, self-reflection, courage, difference s*xuality / intimacy, etc., and how CONSENT is like the lowest building block of this whole Jenga Tower.

Actually, it’s not so much about S*XUALITY. (Which sounds strange when one thinks of the orgies that took place upstairs at a late hour.) Actually, it’s about nothing less than a completely NEW SOCIAL CONCEPT, which was designed to prevent humans to slip down a downward-slope. I’m talking about this human game, where Pain generates Hatred, Hatred generates prejudice, and prejudice only breeding more hate.

I was expecting everything but not that. Actually, I came to have relaxed s*x, instead I had no erection for three days (was not up to you) and cried at workshops and worked up traumas. Wtf.”

OUR FACILITATORS

Dara and Simon

“We get a little uncomfortable with labels and never really know what to write when it comes to Bio’s. Because, who are we really? A powerhouse conscious couple, facilitators, speakers, spontaneous random rhymers, infamous entertainers, acroholics, parents to a revolutionary child, best friends, voices of the earth, naked advocates, home-full digital nomads? Mostly we are human AF, but do you really care what we’ve done, who we’ve spoken to or where we’ve been printed? Probably not, so if you vibe with us, let’s play!”

Celeste Pomegranate

Four years ago, I was a different person. I was lonely and lost. Highly

addicted to alcohol, drugs and sex, going over my boundaries, hurting
myself and allowing others to hurt me. My savior was my body, my womb.
She started screaming at me through physical pain and disease. When the
screaming got unbearably loud, I finally realized, that I needed to
change. Since then I’ve been on a transformational healing journey that
has brought me to the medicine of RITUAL, BODYWORK and HONESTY. My
mission is to support other humans in their “Coming home to the body”
through Sensuality, Tantra Massage, Temple Ceremonies, Pussy Pujas and
other powerful rituals. All in a soft, tender, YIN way.”

ANDREA

Andrea, after studying physics and education, started his professional life as a research physicist followed by work in international organizations and later as a security professional. Not being confused enough by his choices he decided to add bodywork to the mix and has studied Shiatsu and Tantric massage until suddenly deciding to create his own strain of bodywork focused on mixing pain and pleasure.  Since 2013, bodywork and sex-positivity have been core elements of Andrea’s civic engagement. He is now focusing on organizing low-threshold events offering non-judgemental spaces and wider access to deep emotional and sexual bodywork. A specific interest is how the body is a key element in how we connect (or disconnect) with emotions and thoughts; our own as well as our partners’.
