Agnes

Accountant Witch and Soul Angel Lead

Pronouns: she/her

Agnes loves consent and feminism as much as clearly structured lists. She has a background in public health and experience in organising sex-positive events in Vienna. With a flair for numbers, she works her magic in the fascinating world of accounting at The Intimate Revolution. Plus, within the team, she is always ready to pitch in wherever there’s work to be done, helping to run the organization with joy and mindfulness.

Agnes lives in Vienna in a wonderfully cozy apartment with her dog Effi and has already hosted and nurtured a few team members there, welcoming them with the utmost hospitality and care.

Alex

Culture Manager and Queer Ambassador

Pronouns: she/her

Alex studied cultural management and has co-created a bunch of art festivals in Vienna prior to joining the Intimate Revolution team. With her background, she helps out in many areas, be it negotiations, making a budget or finding the right sponsors. Being part of the queer community in Vienna, she advises the Intimate Revolution on queer topics and inclusivity. After working for a while as a paramedic, driving through the streets of Vienna and saving lifes, she is currently studying medicine to take her passion for emergency medicine to the next level. Despite it being a cliché, Alex is deeply in love with her cat Aria and dreams of finding joy and fulfillment through self-love and independence, letting go of the past and finding love and relaxation in the ever-fleeting moment.

Anne

Orga Team Lead

Pronouns: she/her

Anne is one of those wonderful, authentic individuals who enrich the world and simply make it a better place with their existence: open-hearted, unafraid to share her thoughts and feelings, she readily embraces  vulnerability while understanding and appreciating it in others. Anne, we cherish you so much! (Milo is writing) 🥰 In 2019, Anne discovered TIR for the first time, and it was a perfect match from the beginning. Since then, she has been a dedicated member of the Core Team in organizing the festival. As former head of volunteers, she maintains a clear overview over staff, tasks, shifts, and all lists… and might occasionally remind you of your duties at the festival with a broom and shovel. With now being the head & heart of our Orga Team, Anne is wonderfully taking care of all team members, has an overview of all the tasks and jumps in if anything needs to be done urgently.

Elke

Checking Applications

Pronouns: ✅  she/they – ❌ hey guys, you guys

A nanny for 15 years, with a background in Psychology, Child Education, and as a certified Pantarei Practitioner (psychosomatic bodywork), I have a focus on caring for people of all ages, in different ways. Giving space to whatever is moving through us in every moment, staying present, practicing patience,.. with a kind and open heart. And a strong passion for work around consent and pleasure activism!

Katti

Spreading Words

Pronouns: all

I’m deeply curious about how we love, desire and grow, especially with each other. Rooted in art and therapeutic work, I care about spaces where bodies soften, stories unfold, connection feels rooted in trust and gets sparkly. I love working with people, exploring the sweet intersections of intimacy and authenticity and balancing all that by rolling up my sleeves and getting my hands dirty with building and crafting.

LeNa

Soul Angel Lead

Pronouns: She/her/LeNa

If at any time you feel out of place, insecure, overwhelmed or in any other condition where you feel like a good talk might be helpful, come join me in our lovely (though improvised soul angel tent). In my role as a soul angel I offer gentle nonjudgmental conversations and emotional support. Behind the scenes I cocoordinate the Soul Angels team and have a professional background as a psychotherapist. I’m looking forward to meeting you all!

Mascha

Volunteer Lead and Taskmaster

Pronouns: none

Mascha is simply Mascha and wants to make the world a better, more loving and more beautiful place. Mascha loves connecting with nature and fellow humans, experiencing and co-creating emotional transformation processes. Mascha feels most at home in larger groups with high-energy frequencies, where people allow Mascha to just be Mascha.

Mascha first got to know TIR as a volunteer in 2024 and has since become deeply passionate about the revolution towards more mindfulness and the coexistence of all living beings.

Nora

Planning Program and General Orga

Pronouns: she/they

I‘m a creative mind with deep feelings longing for conscious movement, embodiment, connection and intimacy. Between climbing walls and facilitating intimacy spaces my self I‘m on my way to more authentic relating and pure expression.

Patrick

Website Hero

Pronouns: he/him

Patrick might have been sent from heaven. 😉 In 2023, he proactively reached out and offered his support to fix our website for the community. Given that TIR has struggled with server crashes during ticket sales since the beginning, and we kept hearing from heartbroken members who couldn’t buy their tickets because of this, his help was nothing short of essential.

On every call, it’s exciting to detect where Patrick might be joining from. Sometimes with a puppy on his lap, other times sporting sunglasses, or wrapped up in a thick winter hat, his commitment travels with him around the world. His flexibility and positive energy are as refreshing as his incredible tech skills and his digital enthusiasm.

Ryk

Soul Angel Lead

Pronouns: he/they/Ryk

Happy to offer my ears as well as emotional support to guests and team members during our shared time at The Intimate Revolution, I coordinate and contribute to the work of our Soul Angels team with my experience in the fields of social work and psychology. My goal is to provide a sheltered space and opportunities to talk to somebody in case challenging situations or interactions arise. Aside from that, you’ll see me goofing around the festival site, and you’re very welcome to join in. See you around!

Sanjar

Technical and General Support

Pronouns: he/they

I found my happy place at The Intimate Revolution in 2023 and since then TIR stayed in my heart. When the team needed support in 2025, I jumped on board without hesitation. Being a passionate executor with broad interest in various ideas, I love listening to the ideas of people and already start thinking how it can be implemented.

I try to support TIR in broad areas: general planning, technical support of website and web-shop, facilitator planning, greeting participants, and just being around offering my head, ears, and heart.

Steffen

Experience Creator,  TIR Facilitator Team Lead, Team Culture Enthusiast

Pronouns: he/they

With experience founding several organisations and teams in both for-profit and non-profit spaces, Steffen is passionate about creating transformative experiences. From shaping personal narratives around what it means for the individual to be in relationships to exploring body sensations in all kinds of ways, their work fosters personal growth and expansion.

After facilitating private events and workshops at Hedone and festivals like Bucht der Träumer*, Steffen found his “sex-positive and expansion journey festival home” at The Intimate Revolution in 2024.

Steffen keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes (yay frameworks/automations!), leads the facilitator team with heart and focus, and nurtures a warm, inviting team culture. He’s passionate about fostering curiosity and connection—whether within the new TIR core team or among festival guests—offering nudges and sparks for anyone looking to grow and expand, no matter where they are on their journey.

Tobe

Financial Administration and General Support

Pronouns: he/they

When I joined this fabulous team, I hadn’t even been to the festival yet. Stories about the vibe created here were enough to light my fire. Needless to say, my first Intimate then blew me away. I am glad to be able to play my part in creating this space by supporting financial administration as well as technical and operational areas.
